Through My Account

Direct Debit
The easiest way to pay your bill. Our flexible payment options allow you to spread your payments throughout the year. Once set up, you don’t have to think about it until you want to make changes. And if you have a Direct Debit in place, you can easily make additional top-up payments to your account.

Online Card Payment
It’s quick and easy to pay your bill online through My Account – just make sure you have your credit or debit card to hand.

Please note that direct debit payments will show on your bank statement as South East Water.

Pay over the phone

You can make a payment over the phone. Please have your bill and bank card ready before calling 0333 009 5213.

Cheques

To pay by post, send a cheque made payable to ‘Matrix Water Limited’, writing your nine-digit account number (made up of eight numbers and a check digit) on the back, along with the payment slip at the bottom of your bill to:
