APPLICATION FOR AN INSET APPOINTMENT AS WATER AND SEWERAGE UNDERTAKER FOR AN AREA KNOWN AS ISLINGTON QUARTER, LIVERPOOL

Matrix Water Limited, Eleanor House, Newport Pagnell Road, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England, NN4 7JJ (“the Company”), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 8(2) of the Water Industry Act 1991 that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as Water and Sewerage Undertaker in place of United Utilities for an area known as Islington Quarter, Liverpool, L3 8HA. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s offices above during normal business hours.
